Different types of Modular designed and customized Kitchen

 Modular kitchen is a contemporary concept of kitchen which comprises of drawers, cabinets and shelves organized in a manner that saves up on a lot of space. These kitchens are modern and convenient in terms of organizing limited spaces, especially in the apartment-style living spaces of crowded cities. There are 8 types of modular kitchen available in the market to customize as per client's need.

Modular kitchens come in various designs, layouts, and configurations to suit different spaces, preferences, and functional requirements. Here are some common types of modular kitchens:

  1. Straight Kitchen: Also known as a single-wall kitchen, it's the simplest and most space-efficient layout. All cabinets, appliances, and countertops are aligned along one wall.


  2. L-Shaped Kitchen: This layout consists of cabinets and countertops along two adjacent walls, forming an L-shape. It provides ample storage and workspace and is suitable for both small and large kitchens.


  3. U-Shaped Kitchen: Cabinets and countertops are arranged along three walls, forming a U-shape. This layout offers plenty of storage and workspace and is ideal for larger kitchens with more floor space.


  4. Island Kitchen: In this layout, a freestanding island is placed in the center of the kitchen, providing additional workspace, storage, and seating options. Island kitchens are popular in open-plan designs and spacious kitchens.


  5. Parallel Kitchen: Also known as a galley kitchen, this layout features cabinets and countertops along two parallel walls, with a walkway in between. It's suitable for narrow spaces and provides efficient workflow with everything within easy reach.


  6. L-Shaped with Island Kitchen: This layout combines the L-shaped kitchen with an island, offering the benefits of both designs—ample storage, workspace, and a central gathering area.


  7. G-Shaped Kitchen: Similar to the U-shaped kitchen, but with an additional peninsula or partial fourth wall of cabinets and countertops. It provides extra storage and workspace, as well as a cozy, enclosed feel.
